Founder Lead Facilitator — Journey Holder

Uma is the founder of Kaluma Inner Journey and holds the overall integrity of the RETURN → UNFOLD → EMBODY process. She guides participants through the full arc of the journey, supporting inner clarity, embodied awareness, and aligned direction. With a background in creative leadership and human development, Uma holds the rhythm, safety, and coherence of the journey—ensuring that insight, creativity, and action remain grounded, integrated, and true.

Siska Dwi Sari

Creative Process Director— UNFOLD

Siska holds a background in psychology with experience in consulting and administrative systems. She leads the UNFOLD stage by holding space for creative and sensory processes grounded in inner contemplative practice, allowing insight and hidden potential to surface and take visual form with clarity, depth, and embodied awareness.

Integration & Value Expression Director— EMBODY

Agung is a creative director with experience in translating ideas into impactful, real-world expressions. He leads the EMBODY stage by supporting participants in turning inner clarity into lived commitment, authentic self-expression, and meaningful contribution. Through his work, he inspires alignment between the inner world and outer action—helping creativity take form as value in the world.
